• Returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
• Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper assembly, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or made-to-order items.
• Items purchased as final sale or clearance.
• Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions, including the return shipping address.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or replacement.

4. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
